| The first project for Chinese American Retirement Enterprises
("CAREN"), Caren House is located in Prince
George's County Maryland. The residential portion of the
building has a reinforced concrete structure with exterior
brick and EIFS. The attached mulit-level parking garage
is constructed of post-tension concrete. Both structures
have two levels under ground, with the residential portion
extending eight stories above grade. Caren has 98 residential
units, especially attuned to senior and assisted care
living. |
