The Quaker Hill project represents 124 residential mid-rise
units just off of Duke Street, in Alexandria, Virginia.
These four level stick-built buildings formed a private/public
partnership between Long Signature Homes and the Alexandria
Redevelopment Housing Authority. The project consists
of 30 low income housing units. The buildings are comprised
of spread footing foundations, structural wood framing,
and masonry/EIFS exterior.
